Our Founder

Gregory  G. Gianforcaro is a sought-after expert on litigation and trial law who has practiced law in New Jersey for 24 years and has been recognized as a member of New Jersey’s Super Lawyer directory, most recently in 2012.

Greg has appeared as a legal expert on Fox News, CNN and several major market TV and radio stations and has been been acknowledged numerous times in top newspapers such as The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Newark Star Ledger, and many more.

He was born in Morristown, NJ, and raised in Mendham, NJ. He is the oldest of four children. As a youth, he attended Mountain View Elementary School and Mendham High School.

Greg graduated with honors from Temple University and received a BS in Civil Engineering and Construction Technology. While attending Temple, he lead the Civil Engineering Student Society as President. He subsequently, graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law and Interned in the university’s Juvenile Justice Clinic. Greg was also a member of the Student Bar Association.

Greg is a member of the Phillipsburg Area Chamber of Commerce and was a former President of Phillipsburg Chamber of Commerce and Past President of the Warren County Bar Association.

Greg has been President of Warren County Big Brothers Big Sisters and served as a Big Brother for over 10 years.  He has been voted Big Brother of the year and honored for “Outstanding Dedication to Children” during the organization’s 25th Anniversary.  He has also served as an Area Little League Baseball Coach.

Today he resides in Williams Township, PA with his wife, Judy Gianforcaro, and their three children — Kathryn, Gregory II and Eric.
